Where can I add my logo to my job ad?
Logos are only visible for Standard and Premium jobs. To display your company logo, please upload the logo to your account Profile.
How can I edit the deadline for my job ad?
Unfortunately, users are currently unable to manually edit the deadline. Our team checks each new job posting to ensure that the deadline indicated in the job description matches the “Position closing date” on the Jobsite.

Why don’t my packages appear at the bottom of the job ad?
In order for a package to appear at the bottom the the “Post a new job” form, you first need to purchase a package. This can be done through the “Packages” tab or through the cart icon in the top right corner.

Packages can be purchased via that “Packages” tab or through the cart icon in the top right corner. Be sure to log in or sign up first!

Your job ad will be available in your account dashboard under the “Manage Jobs” tab.
Where can I see the social media promotion of my job ad?
Standard and Premium jobs are promoted on the Euractiv Jobsite’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and X channels. These pages are updated daily.

How can I connect to my account if the “Lost password” button is not clickable?
Please tell us your username and/or registered email address, and we will assist you with resetting your password.
Why can I not post a job after creating an account?
This likely has happened because your account was registered as a “Candidate”, rather than an “Employer”. “Candidate” profiles are unable to publish job ads.
Please inform us of the issue, and we will be able to change your account’s status as soon as possible.
What kind of username should I use for Employer profile?
We recommend using your company name, as the username will automatically appear as the Company name in your Profile. However, you can also use your company’s email address and update the company name in your Profile later.
What kind of username should I use for a Candidate profile?
We recommend using your full name, as the username will automatically appear as your name in your Profile. However, you can also use your email address and update the name in your Profile later.
Step-by-step Guide to How to Use our Jobsite
- Go to our https://jobs.euractiv.com/ website
- Click on the Sign Up button top right corner
- Choose Candidate or Employer
- If you choose Candidate, use your full name as username. If you chose Employer, use the name of your company as username.
- Don’t forget to use an active email address!
- Edit your profile.
- If you are a Candidate, don’t forget to add your professional details for future employers to be able to have a look. If you are an Employer, add your logo, phone number and address.
- Click Buy a package and select which package suits best your job ad.
- Fill in your invoice information (if you have a VAT number don’t forget to add it!)
- After you purchase your job ad package, you can click the Post a New Job button either from the column at the top of the website or from the menu that appears under your Profile menu.
- Fill in all the necessary information for your job ad. NOTE: Do not forget to add an email address or link that the candidates can send their applications.
- In order for the job ad to be published you must add an address and select a package (your purchased package) from the column at the bottom of the job ad.
- Click Add Job and it will be published.
- See your job and when you Browse Jobs.
